1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the vc555 website accessible at https://vc555.cc, including all sub-pages, features, games, betting markets, and services offered thereon.
• "Player" or "You" means any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.

2 Account Registration

vc555 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable identity documents include a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth registration certificate issued by the relevant Bangladeshi government authority. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the vc555 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). vc555 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, SureCash, Visa, and Mastercard. vc555 reserves the right to add, remove, or modify supported payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account Balance within 30 seconds of successful payment confirmation. vc555 does not charge a fee for deposits, however your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawal requests are processed within approximately 15 minutes during normal operating conditions, subject to KYC verification being complete. vc555 reserves the right to extend withdrawal processing times during periods of elevated transaction volume or where additional verification checks are required.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed the KYC verification process to the satisfaction of vc555. This includes providing a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of your registered payment method. vc555 may request additional documentation where required by its internal compliance procedures.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to make a deposit to your Account, or to a verified alternative method approved by vc555 support. vc555 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not belonging to the registered Account holder.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

vc555 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual offer, including applicable wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, and expiry periods. In the event of a conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer.

General bonus rules applicable to all offers unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per IP address, and per device, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; they must first be converted to real-money Balance by meeting the applicable Wagering Requirement.
• Where a Player holds both real-money Balance and Bonus Funds, real-money Balance will be used first for wagers unless the game or promotion specifies otherwise.
• Bonuses expire as stated in the individual promotion terms. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived solely from expired bonuses will be removed from the Account.
• vc555 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing Bonus Funds already credited to an Account will not be removed retrospectively except in cases of detected fraud or breach of these Terms.
• Any attempt to exploit, arbitrage, or abuse bonus offers — including but not limited to hedging bets, placing opposing bets to minimise risk while meeting wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of the bonus and suspension of the Account.

6 Betting Rules

All bets placed on the vc555 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question, as published on the relevant game or betting page. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game or market.

• Bets are final once confirmed. vc555 will not cancel or amend a bet after confirmation except where a manifest technical error on the part of the Platform can be demonstrated.
• vc555 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were the result of a technical error, software malfunction, or palpable pricing mistake.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. vc555 may impose individual bet limits on specific accounts without prior notice where it determines such limits to be appropriate.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vc555 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and may result in legal action:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21.
• Registering or operating more than one Account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in any game or Platform feature. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void and will be removed from the Account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, match-fixing, or any other activity that seeks to manipulate the outcome of a game or betting market.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to derive source code from any part of the Platform software.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward vc555 staff or other players via any communication channel provided by the Platform.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

vc555 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by vc555.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• Detection of duplicate Accounts linked to the same Player.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• A Player's voluntary request for self-exclusion under the Platform's Responsible Gaming tools.

Upon Account closure, vc555 will return any verified real-money Balance to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to the deduction of any amounts owed to vc555 and the completion of all outstanding verification checks. Bonus Funds are not returned upon Account closure unless specifically required by applicable law.

9 Intellectual Property

The compilation of all content on the Platform is the exclusive property of vc555.
